Turning disconnected KPIs into a repeatable reporting system

01 · Business problem
Zoho Social and Zoho CRM held different pieces of the business picture. Reporting required repeated extraction, reconciliation, and manual checks, so numbers were slow and inconsistent.
02 · My approach
I mapped the KPI sources first, audited existing records for mismatches, and designed the workflow around the real business-review cycle.
03 · What I built
Python and Selenium extraction, five Power BI dashboards, DAX measures, refresh workflows, historical retention, and audits across 1,000+ records.

I first had to understand why numbers disagreed across systems. Validation and reconciliation came before visualization.
